The toolkit was developed by the University of Sheffield in association with AMOSSHE (the Student Services Organisation). It offers Student Service Professionals with an interest in the application of social media in their organisation valuable insights into best practice in the UK and the USA.
How will colleagues benefit?
The toolkit provides something of a road map to enable colleagues to make informed choices when using digital and social media.
